Замечательно проведенные дни в Риме весной. Отель великолепный, гибкая система скидок при бронировании. Отличный СПА, который спасает после напряженного экскурсионного дня. Удобные, современные номера, не навязчивый менеджмент. Вкусные завтраки. Уютный внутренний дворик. Отличное месторасположение, чуть в стороне от Центра города (до основных достопримечательностей или пешком или на метро пару станций), поэтому очень тихо и уютно. Огромное спасибо. Обязательно будем рекомендовать Ваш отель друзьям.

Excellent séjour dans un lieu splendide. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipées. Propreté impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Possibilité de manger dans le restaurant de l’hôtel qui propose de très bons plats. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant. Parking dans l’hôtel. Séjour parfait.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un week end a Marzo, due adulti e una bambina di 10 anni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, letti comodi, stanze pulite, posizione comoda e bel quartiere, colazione buona, sala lounge bar con il pianista alla sera e sala colazione veramente molto.suggestiva. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Avevamo letto qualche recensione poco piacevole su questo albergo ma sinceramente noi non abbiamo trovato nulla delle cose brutte che sono state scritte da altre persone. Molto soddisfatti!!!

Tutto perfetto e stra pulito! Ci siamo trovate davvero a nostro agio e sicuro torneremo. Colazione abbondante e fresca, Receptionist molto gentili e disponibiili! Ho messo 4 punti perchè: - durante la colazione mi hanno portato un cappuccino bollente, senza schiuma, e mi sono sentita all'estero, invece che in Italia (ma questo è un mio problema essendo io amante del cappuccino e mi piace berlo solo se fatto bene) - in camera il phon era molto scomodo, funzionava solo se si teneva premuto il pulsante di accensione - il bagno pulitissimo, le uniche pecche erano la doccia che aveva entrambi i miscelatori danneggiati, ed i punti luce dei faretti che non davano una buona illuminazione. Ma a parte questi "difetti" superficiali, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole!!

The hotel restaurant offers very good Italian delicacies, professional service. I would love to visit The Building Hotel again. Margaret

Il soggiorno è stato positivo in particolare stanza silenziosa, colazione abbondante, palestra ben attrezzata. Aspetti negativi: pulizia della camera non eccellente. Una richiesta: è possibile migliorare le luci della palestra. Le luci soffuse non mi sembrano adatte durante una sessione di allenamento. Grazie

Our stay at The Building was wonderful. The room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful in terms of booking excursions.

This is a well presented hotel with great facilities and convenient location for touring and travelling Rome.

Molto contenta della mia scelta, abbiamo usufruito della camera con il vasco vicino al letto ,e stata molto bella!Lo staff del hotel e stato molto carino, sorridente, sempre mi domandava se sto bene, se ho bisogno di qualche cosa!Complimenti per le persoane che lavorano li,per i ragazii dal ristorante! Tutto esceptionale ???

Nous avons passés 2 jours à Rome dans cet hôtel et tout était parfait . Le personnel adorable et sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le SPA est juste génial après des heures de visites. J'espère bien retourner à Rome et dans cet hôtel !

L'hôtel se trouve à 13 min à pied de ROMA TERMINI. Accueil chaleureux et convivial. Notre chambre était bien agencée, bien propre. Le petit-déj qu'elle régale .. C'était tellement bon. J'ai bien déjeuné durant mon week-end. L'accès au SPA, un instant vraiment mérité. Les masseuses sont géniales, douces et gentilles, je me suis endormie comme un bébé. La piscine, le sauna et le hammam, génial .. La nuit venue, nous avons dormi très tôt et super bien. En ce qui concerne le diné, c'était bon, mais en petite quantité dommage. Je m'attendais à avoir un plat bien garni, mais niveau qualité, c'est excellent .. En gros week-end réussi, je reviendrai chez vous .. À bientôt,

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cet hôtel Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli. Le personnel est tres sympathique. La chambre est très proche. Le ménage et les lits étaient fait tous les jours ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Tutto perfetto . Sono già stato due volte vostro ospite e avete sempre esaudito le mie aspettative.

Non ci sono stati aspetti negativi, ma solo positivi! Gentilezza dello staff (al checkout abbiamo lasciato i nostri zaini in deposito per tutto il giorno gratuitamente). Hotel davvero bellissimo, molto fine e curato nei dettagli. La sala colazione è bellissima e la colazione stessa è una delle più buone e varie che abbia mai fatto. Dolci fatti e non confezionati per tutti i gusti, la parte salata molto varia. Prenotando direttamente dal sito ufficiale abbiamo potuto godere di un calice di vino di benvenuto, gustato nel bar , anch'esso bellissimo con divanetti comodissimi. E infine la camera; stupenda! Abbiamo preso la junior suite su due piani ed è davvero ampia, pulita e il letto gigante e rotondo comodissimo con la vasca idromassaggio per due a un metro dal letto è la ciliegina sulla torta. Super relax e comfort. Anche il bagno è davvero curato con una grande doccia. L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Castro o a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. In sostanza siamo davvero pienamente soddisfatti e torneremo sicuramente al The Building!

Très bon hôtel, avec de superbes équipements et un style chic. Le personnel est très agréable et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes et problèmes. L’emplacement est idéal, à 5 minutes du métro et 2 minutes denplusieurs arrêts de bus. Nous recommandons cet hôtel!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel, plongé dans le charme de Rome en ce qui concerne le bar, le restaurant et le SPA. Propreté et modernité de la chambre et du SPA au rendez-vous ! A 5 minutes à pied de la gare et 30 minutes du centre historique. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute !
